This article explores the significant role of teachings of Tasawwuf (Sufism) in addressing the complex social issues of the modern day world. It highlights how the foundational Sufi principles of universal love, spiritual purification, and high moral character can serve as powerful antidotes to contemporary global problems fueled by hatred, greed, and intolerance. By examining historical anecdotes of prominent Sufi figures, the study demonstrates their practical approach to resolving daily societal conflicts, promoting human equality and fostering deep interfaith harmony. Furthermore, the article sheds light on the extensive humanitarian efforts of Sufi Khanqahs in serving marginalized communities through charity and social welfare, irrespective of background. Ultimately, the research concludes that adopting the empathetic, inclusive, and service-oriented teachings of Sufism can pave the way for a more peaceful, tolerant, and compassionate global society.
