Abstract

Islam is a complete code of life. For the guidance of human beings, Allah Almighty sent down the Prophets so that the message of Allah Almighty can be conveyed to the new human beings with the best quality. According to the need of time and circumstances, this series of Prophets, peace be upon them, has continued until the end of time. After the appearance of the Holy Prophet, a final seal was put on this series of Rushdo guidance and the Prophet of the end of time, peace be upon him, explained all the matters of life in such a beautiful way that until the Day of Judgment, all mankind will continue to receive guidance from the Prophet's life. The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) handled every matter of life in a good way. If we look through the door of his prophethood, we will see a very beautiful glimpse of the rights of spouses in the blessed life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him). There is a lot of guidance and no corner is left unfulfilled, whether it is the matter of marriage or the right of dowry, any issue of dowry or the arrangements for marriage, in the same way, in the case of separation, the issue of divorce or khula or iddat. Because each and every aspect has been presented in a very beautiful way. If seen in the contemporary context, we see some elements in the society due to which people seem to be bored with their personal life. In general, husband and wife are unhappy with each other and the divorce rate is increasing day by day. By clarifying one aspect in the light of the Prophet's biography, people will be informed about their weaknesses so that this deterioration in the society can be eliminated and the mutual relationship of the spouses will be sustainable and they can live a confident life. Let's be supportive and helpful to each other in our journey and not cause pain to each other. In this article, in the light of the blessed hadiths of the Holy Prophet, this difficulty of the people will be eased by presenting a solution to the problems that arise in the present age, and by bringing the personal affairs of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in front of the Muslim Ummah in a clear manner, the people will have patience and endurance, the feelings of love and cooperation, tolerance and brotherhood should be promoted.
